Head Coach & Co-Owner
Hello, I am Danuta

Years in Cheer: approximately 18 years

Background: I am currently the Head of Safeguarding and education in the Sports industry, alongised running Crush Cheer. Prior to this I have 7 years experience in Education.

I started cheerleading at 13, with GCA (back then it was fireflies!). I then moved onto joining Southampton Vixens at University and competed in levels 3&4. Post university I joined Surrey Starlets competing as part of their International Open All-girl Level 5 team, attending the Cheerleading Worlds in both 2017 & 2018.

I started coaching in 2011 in various roles. My favourite thing about coaching is watching athletes achieve skills after putting in the hard work and determination. My favourite coaching moment is of course the start of Crush Cheer but also just going wild at the front of the mat for all of our teams and seeing the hard work pay off.

Notable achievements:
Winning Grand Champs at Jamfest Europe 2011 with GCA. Coaching Southampton Vixens to win Grand Champs at the University Nationals and other National Titles.
